Her journey into the world of the human mind started at 19, sparked by a traumatic experience at 15. She didn’t just study the mind, she used her knowledge to tackle life's hurdles head-on and transform her career from zero.
By 22, Christine was already shaking things up in the corporate world, stepping into leadership and turning struggling teams into top performers. At 24, she made history as the youngest person in the company to lead a department of over 100 people. Her secret sauce? Unconventional leadership and coaching that drove a 20% productivity boost, a 60% drop in short-term absenteeism, and the highest retention rate across the board. By 26, she was leading the company’s biggest migration project in the Malta Contact Centre.

Realising her knack for productivity, Christine answered the call to share her insights and launched the Productivity Mastery Workshops. These workshops, born from her own journey and passion, help leaders and employees everywhere unlock their true potential.
Now, certified in Life Coaching and Bioengineering, Christine collaborates with companies to supercharge productivity by teaching employees how to master their time and mindset. Recently I had the pleasure to attend this new workshop from the amazing Christine Borg. Having spent many years working side by side with Christine, I know that she is a master of managing her own time effectively and she is now sharing her knowledge at how we too, can manage our time better. BUT...
This workshop goes deeper then just simply how to make sure you get your tasks done. It’s a deeper dive into ‘What does being free from time mean?’ Take a second. Ask yourself that question, what comes to your mind? What is being free from time?
